FITNESS DIARY - DAY…
Started the day on the peloton, which means we started strong. What was not strong was my breakfast. It wasn’t even mid.
Breakfast - sad bagel with sprouts, cream cheese, tomato & cucumber. Plus a macchiato (a real one, not the Sbux one)
Snack - Popcorn
Dinner - Erewhon Korean ribs, broccolini, squash & cabbage. Makes up for the sad bagel.

Lunch - Arugula & Spinach salad with fennel, pine nuts & parm
Dinner - Roast chicken, salad, hummus & potatoes. One cookie.

Today has been a naughty day. Not on purpose, but not on accident. I did decide to eat these things, they did not accidentally fall in my mouth.
Snack - 1/2 of the most delicious, scrumptious dark chocolate bar with butter cookies. Divine. No regrets.
Lunch - TWO, yes TWO chili cheese burgers. They were small though so two was necessary.
Dinner - Scallion pancakes, beef roll and Jidori chicken. Bomb.

It’s a weird time. That limbo right before Christmas and the end of the year where work feels like it should be done now…but it’s not. Well, here’s what I ate/did today.
Brunch - Veggie egg scramble with avocado and papaya. Papaya on the side. Not scrambled with the eggs.
Dinner - Margarita pizza, fennel & arugula salad & two beers.
I also worked out today. Yay! 20 minute Peloton sesh with my girl Camila Ramon.

Brunch - Scrambled eggs + a coffee
Lunch - 1 chicken meatball, veggies & papaya
Dinner - 4 Chicken meatballs, veggies & one delicious and crisp Sam Adams beer. A Cold Snap to be exact. Cheers.

Lunch - Will not be spoken of due to the disappointment that it was…
Dinner - Also disappointing, but the highlight was some antipasti and naughty torrone with hazelnuts

Brunch - Sqirl Sorrel Pesto Bowl with Kale & Avocado
Dinner - Cacio e Pepe ravioli from Eataly
Fitness diary - day four
Day four, no workouts today but I did sauna for two hours. Not consecutively. That’s wild.
Breakfast: let’s be real, I brunch. Today it was Korean short ribs with broccolini and green beans. Thanks erewhon.
Dinner: Vermicelli noodles with lemon grass chicken and herbs. 1 rice paper veggie roll. Delicious.

Hey. I’m back, day three…that’s what trois means by the way. Three.
Breakfast: Omelette with veggies and a coffee because I was tired, ok?
Lunch: Nada, but breakfast was more like brunch so I was good.
Dinner: Bowl of Moro con guandules.
